Great guide! I'll add two things: first, more than often Danjin is STRONGER when solo. Time you spend on rotations and buffs is not worth it just because she could do damage and do more forte attacks in that time, in my experience, even Mortefi+SK is worse than solo, although doing that insanely strong Chaoscleave feels great. Second thing is, Danjin is extremely dependant on her Sequences, S4 is bare minimum, S6 is preferable, especially because of her solo playstyle

S6r1 = solo, lower sequences = sub dps, and yeah putting her as the main dps is sub optimal, she is good second for rover, especially when we get the last 3 sequences (i play rover danjin taoqi team and it slaps or solo danjin)

I don't think anyone's sleeping on danjin(at least on the wuwa subreddit). everyone there knows how crazy the danjin mains are(also aalto mains). I too have my s6 danjin fully built and love playing her but dodging can be painful on my potato pc 😅 won't call myself a danjin main just yet til I get a new graphics card.

Thanks for the guide, 3:10 button right side of the skill level up button shows ebee or ebbeee iirc. I did not know the havoc set has the same problem with void thunder, i test on freezing frost and void thunder on Aalto, just doing one condition gives 5pieces stacks on freeze set but not thunder set then i write in a feedback, 5 piece activation conditions seems problematic, they use “or” but works like an “and” in their description, i need to do heavy attack here and there to activate 5 pieces effect on Xianli Yao😔. Sorry for my poor English.

Unlike most dps characters whose downtime is efficiently filled with support rotations, danjin has no downtime, which makes supports directly compete with her for the field time if she's played as dps. And as long as supports are on the losing side of this competition (buffs too small or field time too long) Danjin's best performance is going to be solo. Truly one of the characters of all time

The terms are too much to keep in mind. Instead of the skill names, when appropriate, you can use 2auto skill, 3 auto skill instead to lessen the load on the viewer's memory. Half way through I already forgot about the terms.

They way controller button buffer works gave me hard time tracking my button press for her combo combinations, especially in tower. Its so frustating. I gave up playing her even tho mine S6 😞 S6 Sanhua it is.

Sanhua will probably be better for Camellya just like how she's better with Encore than Changli. Since Danjin's value, similarly to Changli, comes from her personal damage (especially at higher sequences) and not her concerto generation/outro buff (although the option to only fill her forte to half makes her a bit more viable as a pure buffer than Changli) if you don't build Danjin you'll miss out on a good chunk of damage, and with most people only having one 5* sword, her damage will be a bit lower too. Camellya will probably still be strong enough for you to be able to get away with a lvl 1 Danjin tho. Lvl 1 Sanhua is the most OP character in the game lol.

Sanhua isn't better than Changli on an Encore team what are you talking about 😅 Changli may be a sub dps but she actually deals more damage than Encore per rotation(they both take around 11 seconds). Sanhua deals less than half of that even at s6, and 18% more basic atk damage isn't going to make up for that plus the fact that Changli buffs Fusion damage as a whole + ult damage too

@@Reiss-Historia Maygi did the math and Sanhua is slightly better than Changli with Encore because of how much shorter the rotation with Sanhua is, even if it is less damage per rotation. Encore also does not benefit from the liberation damage amplify from Changli because only her forte deals liberation damage and the buff wears off before the attack hits. 18% better buff + faster rotation does make up for Sanhua's lower personal damage compared to Changli's. That being said I still play Encore with Changli because it's more fun :)

For who ever thinking of building danjin for camlleya then dont build if her instead build sanhua ( if you have s6 danjin while sanhua isnt s6 then you can build danjin insted snahua ) sanhua outro skill increase 38 % basic attack damage bonus while danjin outro increase 23% havoc damage bonus youll get most of damage from camellya thorough basic attack even her signature weapon boost basic attack so you'll be better with sanhua than danjin

The difference in damage is minimal depending on what gear you have. Double elemental damage bonus is best if you don’t have a character’s signature weapon. But if you have the character’s signature weapon, go for attack and elemental damage bonus is best

Sanhua seems to be the better support for Camelleya (so far). Wuthering Tools says that the only damage Danjin buffs more than Sanuha is the Liberation.

@@illucomet3108 No it's not wrong. Literally every content creator is using Sanhua. Danjin gives attack percent boost and havoc deepen. Buffs of the same type are additive. So Danjin's 23% havoc deepen will have diminishing returns especially when you use them in content that gives more havoc damage bonuses like the left tower in the current ToA. Sanhua buffs attack percent and basic attack damage. Because these do not overlap with anything they are multiplicative. Not to mention, Sanhua's 38% basic buff is just larger than Danjin's 23% havoc deepen. Which you are also wrong about, Camellya's basic attack damage is 81% of her total damage. Look up Maygi. She goes deep into character kits down to how their animations affect their DPS. Even she says Sanhua is the best partner for Camellya (for now).

@vinny9500 All deepen buffs scale with all other stats, you can test it yourself. If your Camellya deal 100dmg normally, buff her with 23% Havoc Deepen she'll deal 123, that's it, no complex. For Sanhua buff it's 138 but only for atks modified as basic attacks.

Tower of Adversity provides some buffs to characters, being these showcases in ToA that's also why you see those numbers. Check your skill tree upgrading before echos though and, last but not least...the characters in the video are level 90. So if you're not at level 90 already, your numbers will be inevitably lower. Don't stress too much, you'll get there eventually.

@@43memories70 not it’s possible. Danjin has one the best concerto energy regeneration in the game. sanhua is only better if you have her liberation. If you don’t have her liberation, she can suffer with concerto energy regeneration. Danjin does not need her liberation as I mentioned in the video. She’s difficult to use but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Danjin’s havoc damage buff has its own multiplier so it should output similar damage if you don’t have Camellya’s weapon.
