The cop is too weak. "Get on the ground" should be at the top of your lungs in the most intimidating voice possible, as you approach this mutt with the taser drawn. If he doesn't comply after a second command, fire the lightening.

I have NO police training, AND I'd probably do time, But the MINUTE someone says DIRECTLY that they are "going to shoot" me, I'm blasting! He stated multiple times that he was going to kill this cop! I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6. END OF STORY. I'll do the "time". If someone makes THAT DIRECT of a threat to me it's OVER for them.

@Wheeler63i would say tell them what to do, and then do what you are going to do without announcing it. There’s zero reason to threaten with a taser. No comply = surprise electric immobilization. Announcing your intentions just gives a dude time to think about how to counter

It would be a horror show if I raised a kid like that. The young punk deserve -0- respect and does not know he should earn it, never demand it. The officer was beyond patient with that thug.

The kid violated the officers respect by repeatedly placing his arms on the door of the vehicle. In short, the kid wanted respect that he wasn't giving. And by attempting to be a thug, the kid sealed his entire fate within 10 minutes. Ignorance on behalf of the kid was tremendous.
