Ian said it really well. Breakfast literally mean breaking of your fast, meaning the first meal of the day,. so basically, if whatever time you eat it, as long as its your first meal of the day,. that's still breakfast.

Just a little trivia to add to your World's Largest Hockey Stick report. "Time for the NEWS" The 205-foot hockey stick is built from Douglas Fir wooden beams (which Woodpeckers obviously enjoy!) and weighs 61,000 pounds. The World’s Largest Hockey Stick & Puck was originally commissioned by the Government of Canada as part of the Expo ‘86 World’s Fair Exposition in Vancouver...which explains the CANADA logo emblazoned on the side. Following the fair, the artifact was donated to the Province of British Columbia, which held a Canada-wide competition to determine its final destination. The Cowichan Community Centre site in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island was selected from over 30 community and private organizations. It took 20 years, but The Guinness Book of World Records finally officially recognized and bestowed the title of the world’s largest hockey stick to the Community Centre in Duncan, BC on July 14, 2008. Up to that point, residents of Minnesota had claimed to have the World's Largest Hockey Stick, but at less than 69 feet (one third the length of Duncan’s stick) it's amazing that official recognition took so long.

Living in New York, I have heard about NJ's ban on plastic bags. Paper bags have only been banned in grocery stores because grocery store lobbyists (which NJ apparently has) argued paper bags take up much more space than plastic and are more expensive, so if plastic bags are to be banned, they don't want to replace them with paper. I agree w/James's timing for breakfast, but lunch begins at 11:30.
