Am planning on coming to Finland if God wills few months from now on a tourist visa. Pls will it be wise if I seek for asylum in order to stay longer or can I get a job? Doesn't your God forbid being dishonest and fraudulent? Are you planning to make untruthful applications? Remember that even your tourist visa be cancelled, if it turns out you have given false information about your reasons for the visit. And then all possible future applications of getting first residence permits or asylum will also be seen in different light, if you have been giving false information. How about trying to be honest and respectable, that could give better result. If nothing else, you could respect yourself of being honest. That should mean something even for religious people. If you have legitimate reasons for applying for a asylum, then do it, but only for truthful real reasons. Any part of your life will be better and easier, if you don't make it more difficult by lying.

@@Bolutife We need to try to remember that not all people trust authorities or immigration systems, because what they have experienced previously. They think it is clever and even needed to try to play the system by giving 'correct' but untruthful information. It might be strange for them to trust the system and expect fair treatment in the process. How to make them see that by being honest they are likely to give themselves the best possible future?
