Nothing wrong with looking out for drivers (we do too) but the priority needs to be serving your customers. You are no longer an advocate for carriers as a broker or you won’t last long. Brutal hard truth I’ve seen a lot of truckers turned broker learn.

When you receive the proof of delivery, are you getting this document from the carrier or the consignee?

What if you get an order and no carrier wants to do it because your not an approved broker with their factoring because your new or still havent had any customers. I read something about this but not sure how to approach it
