What's up Folks,
Here is a full travel vlog where we show you things you can do in Mexico. Specifically we were staying on Riviera Nayarit area. The main resort we spent a lot of time in was the RIU Jalisco, it was a good time. We give you feedback in the video. The Riviera Nayarit is a nearly 200-mile stretch of coastline in Mexico between the historic port of San Blas, of Nayarit to where the Río Ameca empties into Banderas Bay, Nuevo Vallarta. Riviera Nayarit was named to promote the coastline of Nayarit and it includes such notable sites as Chacala Bay and Chacalilla.
We show you the some of the resorts we stayed at, and the activities we did such as touring, driving, snorkeling, beaching and other swimming and boating type stuff.
It is a long video, but it will give you a very good idea of what to expect if you bring your family there for a visit. I went with my wife and 3 kids. This area felt quite safe to me, so as long as you exercise some common sense you should be okay.

That's great, I hope you had a great time. How was it in April? How was the weather? In October when we went, it rained super hard almost nightly, but by morning it was sunny skies and super hot. Everything would dry up naturally once the sun came out. We stayed at the resort mainly so the nightly rain pour wasn't so bad, but I would imagine being a huge factor if I was 21 years old and looking to go bar or night club hopping.

I stayed there about 3 weeks prior to your arrival. If you looked out your balcony, my room was to the left, on the ground floor, just before the archway in/out , all the way down. I agree with your account of the Asian restaurant, as I had eaten great Asian food at the RIU Cariibe, Cancun. I've read reports on trip advisor of people complaining of late night music from the shows outside the Italian restaurant.....my room was ok quiet. All the RIU hotels in Mexico, and the Caribean have the minibars in the rooms. Well done video....I am going back on 4/09/2024.

Hey the name of place is 'Hotel Riu Jalisco' and the location matches. I think there is only one. If there is another in the area I can try to get some clarification.

We were there Oct 3 to Oct 11, 2023. The Strom hit on Oct 10 which was our original date we were suppose to return home. We had to stay one more day because the airport was close due to the hurricane.
