Here I am sharing my personal experience and effective methods for beginners: 1) Take paper, pen, and a timer with you ⏱️. Note the start time, and after completing one round, note the end time and put a tick ✅. Do this for 2 or 3 rounds initially. After one week, increase the rounds gradually to avoid falling into procrastination. 2) Thoughts will come while chanting; that's normal. Don't focus on them. Just chant loudly and listen to the words. If you can't listen but only chant, don't worry; there's another solution. Take your phone and download a tap counter 📱. Chant "hare naam" using a japa mala normally, and with the other hand, use the tap counter. Just tap when you fully listen to the words. This is very effective. 3) Chanting slowly (1 round for 35-40 minutes) is another effective way, but sometimes it can lead to procrastination. Try this when you are free. My recommendation is to go for a normal chant, like 10 to 14 minutes for each round. 🕊️ Hare krishna 🥰

@@virajpotdar8104 Remember, bro, that dirty thoughts are normal. It's proof that you are trying. You are actually cleaning your mind. Like cleaning a vessel, you put in soap and powder, and wash with water. The same is happening with your mind; what goes inside, comes out. So don't worry about the thoughts. Discipline and consistency are important, hare krishna🙏
