What to do if some Google Apps not working on mobile data

If suddenly Google apps like KZbin, play store, Gmail is not working on Mobile data but other apps like Facebook, WhatsApp working well but if the phone is restarted then everything becomes fine, then what's the Problem and why this Problem suddenly occurred at first place ?
