Liked Sadhguru's quote: "One can choose to become wounded or wise." To apply it in my life; is my challenge. Thanks Sadhguru.

Many things that don't work out in your early life you will see later on it is a great blessing. The understanding of that is powerful. Thank you

Excellent words and good teachings to all those who took life quite casual, Sadhguru🙏... Earlier I used to get wounded but off late I've become wise and I could see tremendous changes in life...

Two possibilities : learning wisdom from the things that wound us and letting go of the attachment - pain or sitting in the same pain over the same thoughts for decades . . . . The former should be possible to do in a short time however i do hold the same thoughts in my mind almost every day over wounding and trauma from the past. Why cant this be done once and never be a hindrance again ?
