Thanks, I am binge watching all your content! I have been insecure about my eyebrows all my life. I had a UNIBROW, most of my childhood and have thick bushy brows. Because of all the crazy trauma of getting my eyebrows done the wrong way I have serious trust issues, and just do them my self by cleaning up the middle and go raw bushy bold brow. Anyway I recently went to a 30 yr eyebrow expert who specializes in difficult eyebrows, Unibrows; cowlicks in eyebrows, uneven brow shape etc. She spent over an hour on my eye brows and let me tell you, it was amazing. I never knew how beautiful my face could be until I had this done, and I am in my 30's and for the first time I felt like I could see who I was really underneath all those eyebrows. I RECENTLY got them done and now because of it, I want to change everything about the way I normally present myself. It is crazy how one thing that I have been afraid and insecure about my whole life has literally now turned my life around. Thank you for what you are doing! I watching and re-watching all of your content with a pen and paper. I really appreciate what you are doing and wish I would have discovered you and this whole community sooner.

There are alot of amazing channels that are dedicated to women aging gracefully and show exactly what to do and how to do it. An aging woman should already know most of this information and be well grounded in herself and feeling her most beautiful/valuable. In my personal opinion a gracefully aging woman should look to her peers. Following the advice of women 30 yrs your junior is not advised. Embrace and accept the season that you are in

I love this video!!! Until recently I was the girl who thought "well I'm ugly so why bother trying to look nice" and healing from that minset saved me! It really is about changing how you think about your insecurities. For example, I hate how pale I am but I can't change that so I shall focus on moisturising my body so at least my skin is hydrated and smooth. I hate my red hair but since I'm never going to be able to change it, I will condition it and grow it long so at least it looks as nice and healthy as possible. I'm very short and I'm never going to be able to change that, but I can dress accordingly and use styling tips to look more in proportion etc. It took me a long time and im never going to love my looks, but i can at least embrace them!

There was this one woman who the average person may not think was very attractive, but that woman had such high self esteem that it didn't matter how other people thought of her or what they would say to her, she would always say she was beautiful. People actually liked being around her due to her having such a high self esteem. I found out that one of the reasons was due to her not being from America and the standard of beauty from her country was different.

Ive always been in my younger sisters shadow when it came to attractiveness. She’s loud and boisterous and makes/keeps friends (and connections with family) easily while I always just quietly cleaned up after all the kids. I still hate that all my nurturing and caregiving gets over looked because people value loudness over gentleness. I don’t resent her for it I’m just jealous and trying to work on being a more attractive soul

You're exactly like me :) not all men like loud women. You just need to work on your femininity. Dating might help you come out of your shell (just be careful and safe from the weirdos) I also clean up and am family orientated. But give yourself a break sometimes dont clean up all the time. Ask your sister to help out. If she doesnt then tough they dont get a clean house for a day or so. Look after number 1 too x

Start doing just a couple of small things to boost your attractiveness Like whiten your teeth for a couple of weeks. Deep conditioning your hair( takes a few times to really start feeling good about it at least for me) going to the doctor for your skin if you need help establishing a proper routine, try more immediate things like this. The small boost add up and keep you trying. I suggest not starting with difficult task first like contouring, eye makeup, style, those thing take practice and will not be mastered immediately so will probably just end up making you feel worse if that’s where you start try those more difficult ones when you are ready. This is just advice based off of me bc I know I get like this too.

I also hated my teeth growing up. I was very self-conscious because they were very crooked (overcrowded). I got braces when I was 17 to straighten out my teeth. They turned out beautifully. I even won a contest for best smile. When my braces were removed, I was supposed to wear retainers every night in order to prevent shifting. I never did and slowly but surely, my teeth started to shift. When I was 46 yrs old, I got fed up with my teeth once again and got invisaligns. I have been wearing invisaligns for two years now and my teeth are looking beautiful and straight again. According to my orthodontist, they will be coming off next month. I can't wait! I honestly believe it is never too late to take care of yourself and do your best to improve your appearance. It does wonders for one's self esteem.

This is really helping me because I struggle with PCOS and I can’t change it. I won’t have clear skin until menopause, and there’s nothing doctors can do to clear my skin right now. I have to wear makeup just to go out and not get spit on or ignored by the average person. I’ve been in situations where other women would call me out for wearing makeup, which is why I no longer attend church or go near people who take jabs at medical issues outside of my control. I wish I could send this to Oh Stephco cause all she talks about is how her lack of pretty privilege has hindered her in different social sectors. I mean, she’s got some great content that’s relatable. I hope she gets this message she’s another one of my regulars I listen to

To help with PCOS, minimize or eliminate 2 things: corn syrup and seed oils (PUFA). The best way to do this is to eliminate/minimize processed foods, cook at home, ask restaurants what kind of fat they cook with. If you eat dessert now, switch to 1-2 squares of dark chocolate, the theobromine does wonders for the skin and teeth.

I cured my PCOS with keto, intermitent fasting, metformin, micronised progesterone, spironolacton, DIM and Calcium D-Glucarate. Took me 2 years, lost 27kgs (aprox.60 pounds). PCOS is curable but most doctors have no clue how to tackle it.

Beauty standards here are also hard to keep up with because this city attracts a lot of beautiful women and there's not enough men. When I visited countries like Finland, Germany, and a few countries in Asia...whoa. A lot of people, especially women I notice, had a strong reaction to my physical appearance. In Finland, a few people thought I was some kind of goddess not even kidding. They literally came straight up to me and were inspecting me, talking about how they'd never seen someone so beautiful. In Asia (Thailand and China) people followed me and asked if I was Beyonce or Malia Obama lmao. They thought I was a model (I'm pretty tall)

That’s a horrible feeling I didn’t experience this until my late 20’s

I'm so happy I found your channel. I've binged watched so many of these already. I definitely go through phases with femininity. I'm currently 4.5 months pregnant with my 7th child (31 yrs old). I generally look like a 21 yr old but pregnancy definitely changes things but I want to keep in touch with beauty and femininity, even when I'm feeling less than pretty 😅 I also have a couple of daughters so this is valuable information.

I never understood how it feels to be pretty. Im almost 30 and never been asked out. I was always the ugly duckling, although I tried to change appearance and enhance it. Sometimes, I really think that conventional attractiveness always win no matter how feminine you are.

Although I've not experienced feeling like the ugly duckling growing up (one reason is that I grew up with a brother that's 5 yrs my jr. Lol) but my mom said she dealt with this growing up with her older sister. They had different dads and my mom and my aunt has different features and hair texture so she constantly complains that she was the ugly duckling even to this day. She said my aunt got special treatment and got away with many things she could not even into their adulthood.

To everyone reading this, Jesus loves you. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 NASB)" "For it is by God's grace that you have been saved through faith. It is not the result of your own efforts, but God's gift, so that no one can boast about it (Ephesians 2:8-9 GNT)." Wow!! What a wonderful gift from God. Grace is something NONE OF US deserve.

Where should i go as a dark skinned black woman to feel attractive?
@pamgordon50517 ай бұрын
As someone that's been considered light skinned all my life, I've seen so many very beautiful dark complected women. Your skin color 'does not' mean you're not attractive.

Is it ok to have surgery to be more attractive? Is that a no no
@newnana90702 жыл бұрын
If you’re changing lots of things then something else is going on, and surgery won’t help. Most models have had surgery even if just their noses. Perfect doesn’t exist. Being fit and healthy is attractive. When you’re feel good it shows.
@ineedhoez2 жыл бұрын
You can do whatever you want to do to make yourself feel more attractive. To be honest, I had boobs that sagged so badly that my nipples pointed to the ground. I got a breast reduction and my nipples point straight out!!! I have scars but I feel so much better. I haven't shown a single man my breasts either either. It was just for me.
