I am currently a victim of fraud in Chicago!!! I haven’t been able to claim my own benefits for over 2 months and still have not been called back. I’ve read out of options. Finally got a call and it was from a new hire at ides needless to say she messed up the whole thing and I’ve been waiting for a call from the theft department that she never put in for!! I’d like to speak to the news about this!!! This is horrible. I’ve got dates times and everything. I’ve also got a letter I received when my address was Changed without my knowledge. I tried to report it and literally have. It been able to. I’m 2 months behind on rent with very limited hours left at work as they continue to dwindle. Please help.

Yeah it’s super bad. Not to mention the hired a lot of new employees in a hurry and under training them. I was call by one of them and she messed up hard . So the whole I was waiting was apparently for nothing. Still waiting on a call or some sort of correspondence.
