You have no idea how I appreciate this video .I have weak lumbar, and pelvis so in my perimenopause few of my toes keep twitching, but my PP just ignore it ,ok just lose weight you are overweight, ys but it was not enough.In 2017 I had a meltdown from adrenal fatigue, that inflammation gave me a footdrop. MY NERVES TEST was so revealing, I had only sensation on my weak left side from above my knee the nothing under at that time the pain had reduced but I had 6months physical therapy to regain my walk.I don't go to the clinic no more .Yes I had sciatica pain as well I did changed my diet to low carb and remove all processed foods and sugar .Now I do these types of exercises with my toes because I have weak low circulation and neuropathy from hypothyroidism.Thank you for this anything right to regain my walk balance, a better gait.

Not a doctor but this has worked for me. Going barefoot whenever I can has helped immensely. Also stretching every part of my feet and legs. Toe squats the Best. Also when I wear shoes I remove the laces except for two or three near my ankle. Wide toe box also. Haven't tried the toe separators yet. Keep stretching stretching stretching I love walking. And I can go on long walks again. Be careful walk on flat areas first then you can build up to hills and stairs. Do not push this phase if you are not ready or you will relapse.

Wood floors through those of my house, walking barefoot is a bad idea, need some supporting house slippers for sure.

Mine has gotten worse since I never wear shoes most days. I have cfs/me and have been homebound much of the time. Since I’ve been most homebound, going barefoot or with slipper socks, it has become a problem. Before, when I wore shoes, for some years there was some occasional soreness but no chronic pain. It wasn’t noticeable, it just felt really good when I had massages. Now, being shoeless daily for 345 days a year, I’m really struggling with it.

Have you been doing any active rehabilitation for it?

Any natural footwear shop you are aware of in Brazil? These days customs is really picky in letting imported products in.

Oh my god!! I’ve always had this and didn’t know what it was. I thought it was a blood flow problem, since I wear heels and since my second and third toes are kind of longer than the other toes. I just bumped into this video and now I have the solution to my problem 😍 you made my day thank you. I’ve been wearing more sneakers lately as I have to walk to work and I do balls exercises as I have a first level MELT instructor certificate but I swear I didn’t know of this condition. I have to say I’m getting better but now that I know I’ll focus more mindfully on these practices ❤

What shoe is recommended?
@starrystarrynight522 ай бұрын
I have a very narrow foot (triple A) with a high arch. I cannot keep a wide shoe on my foot. I walk right out of them. Are there shoes made for narrow feet with a wider box toe? I really cannot find affordable narrow shoes anywhere. It is a nightmare finding new shoes for me.

Vivobarefoot (he had the Primus lites), Xero, splay and groundies. Should be a good start :) Vivos are by far the most pretty and look the most "normal". I have a couple pairs and love them. They're pricey, but worth it. Actually have a sale going on right now for 20% off I think

Even tennis shoes? Basically mine is occurring bc of flatfoot deformity

Any shoes that are not widest at the tips of the toes can contribute to forefoot issues like Morton's Neuroma... flat feet do not cause Morton's Neuroma, though you may benefit from improving your foot function (strength/mobility/control etc.) along with the change in footwear! Definitely recommend seeking a second opinion - check out the TFC Pro Directory on our website 👌

STOP THE MACHINES!! minimalist shoes should not exist because one random guy fell and broke something... As if nobody wearing regular shoes has ever fallen and broken an ankle... I'm always astounded by the number of people who think THEIR experience has some exceptional value so that they feel compelled to go online and make general recommendations...

Then you need to strengthen your ankles.. I sprain my ankle everytime I play basketball. No pain I just keep tighten my laces and keep playing. Before ankle strengthening I’d be out for 2 weeks
