True diet has the main effect on Acne rather then thinking that’s because of oily food as a doctor it’s good to see this .

My dermatologist always told me to: 1. Wear *SPF* , avoid the sun 2. Drink *water* 3. *Avoid* processed food (fast food, deli meats) 4. *Avoid* sugar, dairy & unhealthy fats 5. *Manage your stress*

this is true, my derm advice me to avoid dairy products and sugar for 14 days to see the result. however some dermatologist claim that foods doesn't affect acnes and then they sell or recommend you an expensive skin care products to prevent acnes.

@@leyajyos3550 White rice has a high glycemic index, so yes if you eat a lot of it it's more likely to increase acne. Eat less of it and chose rather complete rice instead.

food definitely has an impact on the skin, and to some it is lesser almost to none, but there are people like me that will react quite fast to junk food, like depending on how much sugars ive been eating if i eat 2 days junk food by the third ill be getting pimples

In those food it's not actually the protein that's causing acne but the satured fats in it (peanut butter, fried chicken, milk ...) : there are no evidence that protein causes acne : it's more likely the other nutrients associated with the food that cause it. Ex : whey protein is made of milk, which can cause acne, not the protein itself.

Avoid : Dairy , carbs and sugar , white rice , high gi food , white bread , pasta , sweetened breakfast , cereals , soda , tetra pack juices chocolates , crackers , fast food , milkshakes Eat: Vitamin A : Green veggies , fish , eggs etc. Vitamin E : Sunflower seeds , almonds , peanuts etc. Low glycemic diet : Green vegetables, carrots , fruits , kidney beans etc. should be a part of every day diet Omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants: Eggs , fish , blueberries , tomatoes, yellow and orange vegetables Drink a cup of green tea every day !

@@al8xpno milk chocolate is bad for your skin because it’s filled with sugar. Dark chocolate like 70% or up cacao doesn’t worsen acne because it’s bitter and not as sweet. Dark is real chocolate. Most people don’t like the taste of chocolate which is why they add milk and sugar to it to make it sweet

everyones triggers are different. for me, it does but i do have some time to time! they do contain a hormone which isn't recommended for hormonal acne but if it doesn't trigger you, keep eating them as they have great benefits still:)
