I have watched MANY a travel vlog while prepping for a similar trip coming up in May and yours is my absolute favorite - I have watched multiple times 😅😅 thank you so much for the reqs!! pretty much aiming to copy your exact itinerary. one question though - have you ever done a tuscany visit/wine tasting for the day while visiting florence? so torn between soaking up as much time in the city as possible and getting to see tuscany.

I made a reservation for restaurants that had it available online (like Osteria Pastella). Other places didn’t take reservations so I made sure to go right when it opens for dinner to avoid a long wait!

It was pretty fair for 18K gold, and they are willing to negotiate especially if you buy a couple of pieces :) definitely better priced than ponte vecchio!
