What to do in Golden, Colorado! Hike Chavez & Beaver Brook Trail

Chavez & Beaver Brook Trail Day Hike in Golden, Colorado. This is a gem close to Denver.
This is a intermediate trail in Genesee Park with proximity to Denver, Colorado. The trail features a variety of terrain and scenic views. The majority of the trail is shaded and showcases streams and mini waterfalls. This 5.1 mile hike took us 2.5 hours to complete. The first part of the hike was a consistent decline followed by a steady inline in the second half. I highly recommend!!

Did this yesterday..it was a tough one for me and my daughter but we sooo appreciated the scenery..it was super beautiful. Nice hike.

It was 100% a low-key killer ( if that makes sense). 😅 It was either a steady decline or steady incline which were both tough. It was nicely shaded though!
