Could honestly be my favourite place in the UK. I lived in Aber for 3 years whilst at uni but never had access to a car so didn't really get the chance to explore properly, but even within walking distance from the town there are so many lovely walks through the valley, up constitution hill etc. I'd move back in a heartbeat.

@@JayCurtis@JayCurtis, Sorry for the random question. Have you ever tried canoeing in Wales or been in touch with the canoeing community? By the way, when talking about Cwmystwyth, you might have mentioned Banc Tynddol sun disc.

@ I’ve been canoeing a few times right across Wales and always a great day out. I need to return to Cwmystwyth and do more, I was due to go inside the mines but sadly unforeseen circumstances meant I couldn’t on that day.

That was brilliant. You took me to some familiar spots but presented some new information. Fantastic narration on the Elan Valley - what a place. You could spend a good few years exploring the area. As for Plynlimon I've been up a few times and agree they're fantastic views. My channel is named after the Wye and I've walked every single river of the Wye from source so for you to finish near the source of the Wye on Plynimon was a real treat. Good going. Mark

Great video! Though have to say the submerged forest at Borth could be seen long before 2014. Each storm reveals and takes away some of the forest. Be sure to check the tide if you are visiting, you can only see it at low tide.
