Thank you for asking The pass of City loop bus is purchased on Kobe tourist office at JR Sannomiya station or in the bus It's enough two days to visiting main tourist destinations in Kobe A hotel of both areas is OK Most comfortable place hotel is 'Remm Plus Kobe Sannomiya' However check websites of hotels and Kobe City Loop Have a good trip 🤗
