Hallo, na de positieve uitslag, toen mijn vriendin voor haar MVV naar de Nederlandse Ambassade in Bangkok ging heeft ze daar haar vingerafdrukken achter moeten laten. En toen duurde het ongeveer 3 of 4 dagen voordat ze haar Paspoort met MVV er in terug had (die sturen ze op naar huisadres) Toen ze uiteindelijk hier was en we bij de IND in Den Haag haar verblijfsvergunning voor 5 jaar op gingen halen, heeft ze daar nog een keer haar vingerafdrukken achter moeten laten.

All together from applying for MVV to getting the sticker it was 2 months, then 3 days after she arrived in the Netherlands we could pick up her residence permit for 5 years... And now in december we'll have a mandatory appointment with de sociale dienst drechtsteden (they invited us) to talk about integration and which niveau of Dutch she has to follow here, for that we have 3 years to complete it.

Had u ook een bepaald minimaal inkomen nodig om haar naar Nederland te krijgen? min. €2000,-?

Dat is best wel lang, het kan zijn dat als ze zelf de sticker niet kunnen printen dat ze eerst het paspoort op moeten sturen naar een andere Ambassade die het wel kan..

Hello, at the moment we are still waiting for letter from DUO to make an appointment for a test exam to see which niveau of Dutch she can start to learn at. And then we have another appointment to make PIP ("Persoonlijk plan Inburgering en Participatie") Personal plan for Integration and Participation. This plan contains agreements about how you will integrate, and after making the PIP the 3 years time limit to complete everything will start... So we are still waiting.. But some books we got recommended are: - Klare Taal NT2 - Code+ deel 3, A2 B1 - Van Dale Nederlands als tweede taal NT2 The dictionary is allowed to bring in when having to make the exams B1. Hi, I’m sorry I’m a bit confused. Is she going to take A2 or B1 exam?

We were told that in the new law of integration (Nieuwe wet inburgering 2021) people have to follow B1. But if I read it right on this website: www.inburgeren.nl/u-gaat-inburgeren/#3-jaar-de-tijd It is possible to go down to A2 if B1 is too difficult and not possible. DUO will send a letter to invite for "Brede Intake" That is one day where you get information about how everything works and then within 10 weeks another letter to make a test exam to determine on which level is the best to learn Dutch, after that the PIP is made.. PIP is also new in the law for 2021.. For us it's still a bit unclear too because we are still waiting for a letter to make the test exam and to make the PIP.. The 3 years still didn't start for my girlfriend either. But on the link I send there is information on how it works too

I think it might be different per person now.. some people want to continue a study and will follow B1 and B2.. Others start at B1 but have the possibility to go to A2 after trying B1 and if that doesn't work. Depending on that test exam and what it says in your PIP it might be not the same for everyone anymore.. I think it's like that haha
