What to Do When Moving into a New House

My last home was on land that got inundated by lava in Hawaii, there was a rental house before. The energy was terrible, there were monsters… I moved to a blank acre, it’s nicer. There was some remnants of the previous home in my energy at first.

Im confused. What qualifies as my money to buy the paint? I mean is it money i have to earn or is it fine if it was giftet to me ? Why isnt the paint ergeticly ifluenced by the people transporting and selling and produceing it ?
