What about the case of adopting your 1st grand daughter w/o documented papers due to can’t afford lawyer or to pay to lealized everything bcoz in the Philippines is not really need documented as long as in one family but in the registration birth certificate of the child I am the mother is their any possibility I can petition the kids/ biological daughter of my daughter or I can’t.
