How about other Reits instead of Ascendas? The average reits in SG is about 0.84 P/B ratio. Are those good for value investment?

I would be more political and say $5k in each. Banks have a better track record but seem rather highly priced ATM. Also if it's the only investment, I would not put it all in one stock.
