What To Do With Your Juice Pulp

I take all the pulp and dehydrate it, mill it and end up with vegetable and fruit fiber. It a flour than can be used to make low carb bread, pastas and pizza doughs following specific recipes. The results are amazing.

We make a Cake out of it! Apple, Carrott, orange and Ginger Juice givs a tasty base: add Coconut Oil, Oats and baking power and bake in a flat tray - delicious! Also we compost anything we can't use, and we let our clients know about that!
