Also thought that was Nepali dumplings (momos) in the intro but realized after finishing the vid it was Chinese dumplings, looked great all the same though!

It is a very special place (most easterly point in North America, known for seafood) and we have some of the best food in Canada. All those restaurants were opened by winning chefs of Canada's Top Chef, they just happen to live on this one small island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a huge food culture here, one of the last episodes of Parts Unknown by Anthony Bourdain before his tragic passing was his visit here. Honestly, if you ever would like info or even a place to crash, you are welcome. Newfoundlanders are known for our hospitality, you'd never run out of offers to stay here. The Broadway play, Come From Away is based on the hospitality of us Newfoundlanders, actually. We were the last province to join Canada in 1949, huge Irish culture and like a little piece of Ireland in terms of coastline. Come in the summer and you'll be greated by whales and rolling caplin, beautiful hiking trails, it is a hidden treasure!
