What sauce is in the green onion pancake and I can’t wait to go to Taiwan one day!! My mom was born and raised in Taipei and she passed away a year and half ago and she wanted to be buried in Taiwan so even though it’s a sad occasion I still can’t wait to see where she grew up.

Lao Shan Dong is the shop I always recommend people to try! If you are in the GongGuan area I also recommend trying the pepperbun place just off of Roosevelt Road across from NTU

Din Tai Fung is my favourite chain in Asia. Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Seoul, Hong Kong.. they never failed my Pale Scandinavian blonde taste buds. Can't wait to munch around Kaohsiung and Taipei in November.
