What to expect at a Karate grading

A Karate grading is always a nervous time for everybody, especially if it is your first grading, as you have no idea what is going to happen.
Hopefully this short video will give you an idea of how a grading at SSK is structured. It will show you the running order of criteria that is required and what happens after your grading.
