I’m a 24 year old male with a wife and son. I take my Asvab tomorrow. Also, I’ve been to MEPS multiple times when I was 19. I did attempt to join at that time. Though, just never ended up officially joining. I’m also originally from the SA area as well, but now live north of Austin.

Did you do the medical in clothes or a gown? Did you do duck walk in clothes?

Everything will be in a gown. They make females strip to the bra and panties and we put on a gown!!

Nah good question! It’s a forearm tattoo. I got it after my dad passed. Just an abstract tattoo

Hey thanks for the video I’m in SA too, went to take the ASVAB on Tuesday and I’m waiting to go back and do all the medical stuff, do you know if you can sign something or let’em know you wanna get your affairs in order and everything before going to boot camp, like a DEP or something?

For the air force you go into DEP as soon as you swear in. That’s the time you have to get your stuff in order. But at MEPs your liaison will ask when you want to ship out so if you want to take 1-3 months you can

Hey girl I just graduated today so I’m sorry for responding so late!! I got a 64. But your mechanical score has to be a 45 and your electrical score has to be a 60 to qualify for cyber jobs 🫶🏽

Being the ear should be fine if they consider that a “neck tattoo” if just had to be a inch if it’s anything over that then you may need to get a waiver

I’m in the process of studying…. On my practice I made a 28 😒 but I’m 37 and have a 2 yr old. How as a mom of young ones are you mentally preparing to leave them for a few months??

So I already graduated BMT! And it was hard but I think what got me through were the letters and service every Sunday! My aunt was watching my kids while I was BMT so she sent me pictures everyday so that really helped and just knowing I’m here for my boys!!

Utilize grammarhero. They have good practice tests, study guides, formula sheet and even in depth of each section! Passed with an 82. With little ones, you just have to mentally prepare for it and just know it's not going to be long and that you will be out sooner than later!
