What to expect during your emergency room visit

My sister is there now, sent from another hospital because of a rare condition in her mouth, she was told by the specialist that she was cleared to come, we thought she was going straight to see him, but was a lie, they took her from the stretcher and put her in a wheelchair, she's is soo frustrated and so are me, she had 50 other people in front of her, noone ever told us she was having to wait like that.. very very disappointed in the hospital that sent her there,
