If the halving theory is true..then Bitcoin value should have been close to $140K by now, but it's not because this imaginary asset is based solely on what the next person is willing to pay...basically a sucker's game. No real intrinsic value...

The real move happens after the halving and not pre halving. The reward for mining a block of bitcoin will be halved which would lead to more scarcity and with the demand for bitcoin, it will inevitably lead to its hike in value.
