I forgot Whitehorse, ,strangely one of the most unaffordable markets in the country. Only Quebec City, Winnipeg, Regina and Edmonton are listed as affordable in Canada anymore. Also if it really was just Vancouver and Toronto, that's still 25 percent of the nation. 🤡
