Jonathan, we cannot give Devries a pass this year on wins because his son will probably be the best player he will ever recruit to West Virginia and so you can’t let this season slip by with your best player during your entire tenure without trying to make the most of that season. So to me the pressure is on this season while we have Tucker!

I'm super hyped for these guys. The two main things that concern me are when we play teams with an actual big guy, and the 2nd thing is if we go cold shooting.

I do not expect miracles during the first year of a rebuilt BB team. I do think this team is better than the Big XII coaches' preseason poll which ranked them near the bottom and ignored a couple WVU players among the First, Second and Honorable Mention All-Big XII selections.

We expect exactly what we got last year. Good, Bad or Ugly, that seems to be the case for each program from year to year. We have no reason to elevate our hopes.
