I have less than 2 weeks to close and today something popped on my credit report. Yes my credit went down a little but still in good range. What's happens now? Am I out of luck?

Typically a credit refresh is done 10 days or less to closing. If something derogatory comes up they may have to re-pull the credit report and have the file sent back to underwriting. But it’s best to contact your lender and ask them 😊
