I don't believe there is at the Airport but there is one in Patong and also one at the central shopping malls

Where do you recommend to change money that’s safe and reliable ?

There are many places to exchange money with most being safe but the place I recommend is NC Plus who always give a very good rate & are totally safe, however, they are situated in Phuket Town so may not be convenient for you depending on where you are staying

My question for anyone. I have used VIP Fast Track service at Bangkok when arriving on an international flight. Is it necessary when arriving at Phuket on an International flight? Would you recommend it or not? Thank you.

Not unless your landing when there's a lot of other flights landing at the same time normally it's not too bad
