Hi. I just got my final order and I have to pay child support. My husband did not presented his updated financial affidavit, as ordered before trial. He only presented one in 2022. At trial he said he makes about $650/week, and the court took that as his gross income, without asking any pay stub to prove that. I did presented my updated financial affidavit, so it appears like i make more than him, but i am pretty sure he makes more money, because of the truck he drives. How can i bring that to appeal?

When it comes to financial disclosure, can my husband and I agree on which accounts we want to disclose the amount on. We will disclose all our accounts, but some accounts will only have account type and account number. The other accounts that we want to split up will have the type, amount and account number. Can this be done as long as we agree?

I know my finances in and out. How is it helping me by listing everything she is spending without my authorization?

if you don't, do you think she will? Provide everything and let your attorney decide whether it's needed or not. If you don't bring things up before trial, you probably won't be able to bring them up IN trial.
