What to know before moving to Greeley Colorado pros and Cons

Hi!! We live near Greeley in Evans, and for the most part, really enjoy it here. There are definitely rough areas, but it's pretty easy to identify. Cheap gas, food options are somewhat limited, but you are pretty central to a lot of things. Thumbs up from my husband and I!

All the diversity clowns apparently don't remember how great this country used to be in the 70's, 80's and 90's. Even in the 90's though, Greeley wasn't a very exciting town. Beyond the college campus, it's old and run down.
