@ Neha p : These nappies do not absorb , they leak out. It is meant only to cover your baby . In general none of the cloth nappies can absorb. But they are needed for newborn to cover their genitals. You can also use old clothes to tie around your baby. I have posted a video regarding cloth diapers, they don't leak and they absorb urine/poop. @ Saadiya memom : Most of the store bought nappies comes with a knot tie (as you see in the video) , you just need to tie the knot after placing the nappy in position. I would you may require everything depending on the climate at that time. Babies loved to be kept warm. If not sweaters get a swaddle blanket or just blanket. But cap and shocks for sure. You need to add that in your baby shopping list.

Vagina birth after a c-sec happens rarely. Your doctor is the best person to comment on this. Ask your doctor lot of questions right from your early pregnancy.
