Surprised the water is not crimson red from all the communists residing in the cesspool of Babylon, DC. Once a beacon of Founding Father Constitutional genius is now nothing but an open air prison with a pool hall hustler grifter in fake aviator sunglasses as the degenerate prison warden, Brandon Biden. So many Marxist tyrants in that pretentious cesspool, prison. Avoid DC, spend money instead where it doesn't support Marxist shills.

@Spencer Winston Although I beyond 100% agree. There's still hope regardless even if it is DC area. Anyways, I just enjoy the vibes and food there more than its political purposes

@@ravenks1sr15 Wonderful video presentation for sure. The time has come, unfortunately, to stop spending money in places that are now just open-air Marxist prisons. Send a message to these communities, California are you listening??? that the Marxist tyrants will hear from the businesses in Babylon that tourists will no longer be suckers for outlandish hotel taxes, nauseating Karen govt. officials, and a dystopian atmosphere that is as much fun as a pit bull staring at you as you enter his territory. Let's play pretend that all is not rotten in "Shakespeare's Denmark" can no longer be a children's game that adults participate in supporting those Marxist grifters. Better to ride a bull in Texas than have to face the snakes and crawling spiders all over Babylon., DC. New US subscriber.

I'm coming to Georgetown university this July and this video is exactly what I needed to know the neighborhood. Can you also make a video on places that suit student life in Georgetown?

I can try! I did not attend Georgetown myself so I'm not 100% familiar with where the students hang out etc. Would appreciate other viewers to comment on their thoughts!

I went to Georgetown University, I recommend eating at The Tombs, it’s a classic, for students and professors.

Is it possible to walk over from the Lincoln memorial to Georgetown via the bridge at the Potomac river?
@travelingtipps
@travelingtipps 3 ай бұрын
My favorite way to get from the Lincoln Memorial to Georgetown is by walking on the Rock Creek Trail which starts behind the memorial and goes along the river to the Washington Harbor area and the start of the C&O Canal. It is a pretty walk that passes the Kennedy Center and Watergate complex

Never heard 31st St NW called Little Italy, although I guess there are three Italian restaurants there-none of which are or have ever been owned by Italians.

Apparently center 3rd rail streetcars from Washington D.C. went to Georgetown. Those are not railroad tracks.
@travelingtipps

Yes, there used to be a large street car depot in Georgetown until the 1950s, which is next to the "Exorcist stairs". The street cars would cross into Virginia over Key Bridge
