Hello Mam ! Plz guide me i am very much worried my baby just turned 18month old . Concern is not talking and not pointing. He says bababba tattata dadadda mammama pappapa aa-hin ,ahhahh when he does he repeat it 3-4 times like ba-ba-ba-ba He does not know the meaning of any of it But when i ask in pics where is papa baba sometimes he tell sometime not He responds to name sometimes if not engaged in anything. If i say any words he completely ignore it seems like he does not want to leaning He look in eyes if i sing rhymes or play with him . If simply reading a book he will not interact and runs he is able to follow give it to mama ,feed mama, sleep teddy , kick ball , put it here . Plz guide how much an 18month shud talk and understand Plzzzzzzz help mam

I was expressing my opinion.. sharing my experience. It is not about learning language only.. It about understanding and expressing at early age. I followed the govt supplied booklet and used vernacular. My son understands everything we say from 3-4 months of age. From 8-9 months he can execute as per instructions given. Others experience and opinion may vary. I don't mind. I am happy with mine way.

Screen time jyada hone se baccha concentration nhi kr pata he . Attention span kam hota he. Hyperactive ho jata he. Speech delay bhi ho sakta he. Chidchida ho jata he. Socially withdraw ho jata he. Mostly it causes behavioral issue . Eye problems ho sakti he like chashma ana!!
