The pheasant is also a very cool vintage find. I think it is beautiful the way it is and would look great in someone’s home for the fall season. I love the hats. They are at least from the 60s if not older. I have a separate sewing/crafting building. Id get them just to hang in there. But hopefully a person that dresses vintage came and got them! I can see the pheasant painted white or even made to look cement or marbelized. Statues in color is more so a modern thing. All ancient statues are not painted. I considered it a personal choice. I muself would paint it. I ind it too kitche in color but that's me! You buy it you can do what you want!

Was thinking the pheasant would look good with dark wax, idk I think try and see. You can always wipe it off if you don’t like the look. Pheasants are a darker brown than this anyway.
