Learning to take blows. Your muscles can constrict very quickly too, so when you flex as a blow connects you can lessen the force. It's like your muscles becoming compacted sand for a split second and the forces are absorbed and cancelled out. The face is a bit tougher, as it requires the neck and jaw muscles to do the said process. The brain however gets best to shot bouncing against the skull. The vibrations create small tears and pockets in the tender brain too. This is why football has and had so many issues.
@bradycurtis2129

You sounded like you were explaining the process here & how it helps them take blows, then towards the end you were explaining how unsafe it is & how you can basically get holes in your brain & develope Cte within a couple blows. Basically saying how dangerous it obviously is, so I'm not quite with ya here, haha...

When i exercise outside its not with intent to have others watch me. I like the change of environment I can bet that most people go outside to workout for the openness and change of setting. Youre making wild assumptions. This shows you that how you see the world is not what the world is. The world we see is a reflection of us The more knowledge you gain as you get older your perception of the world changes and you begin to see things for what they truly are
