@@ivannvfx4808 real talk, once I realized how much more challenging squats were I retired the leg press and have been much stronger & bigger leg wise than ever before. I feel like after a certain point leg press is for the ego to an extent

@drizzydraco3969 everybody is different. I have absurdly long limbs and a short torso. Squats destroy my lower back and hips and I could never progress on them - once I started focusing on leg pressing and hack squats my quads finally grew
