Good plan - with lizards like Bill Gates and other billionaire monopolies buying up farming land, possibly to control our food supply and make us conform to their agendas, it's a nice ensurance policy. Especially if you reach retirement age and need more income, or in case you lose your job for political reasons (very possible these days).

@@shanesaxton9974 not to be a dick but that doesnt sound like a farm lol. sounds like a small homestead. still i really do wish you all the luck. farming for real is hard work. and if you ever actually farm.... like in the game. its a rollercoaster. unlike the game. u have to contend with weather. dry seasons, wet, hail. and ofc the prices. 1 year u may make money enough to repay all ur land. next 5 years u do about same thing and each year is nothing but losses. because of all the variables... its a bitch to do and most cant handle it. when its time to plant u plant. there is no day off. 8 hour shift bs. same with harvesting etc. the people that run that way off life as farmer usually fail.... grew up on farm. was our life..... did it for 30 years. and i dont miss it lol. i like steady paycheck. being able to plan things out.

i just recently got 22 for free on epic and pretty stoked to see what this has to offer. being new to the game my expectations are pretty low. I'd like to see a more robust construction mode and better driving physics. i've been wanting to terraform a race track for trucks, bikes and buggies but not sure if it's worth the effort due to the driving controls being so bad.

I just got back into FS22 and now that I have a wheel I might just have to get the collectors edition for the ignition lock. Wheel, ignition and beacon combo will be pretty nice

I cant gurantee it flat out but it did work with FS22 since steam allows you to add games. BUT having said that even added to steam it wknt track your hours and have all the same features of a steam version it will just be part of your steam. For you a good middle ground may be ordering it from steam and buying DLCs from GIANTS since they can be added to a steam bought version and that way you can support me or another creator and still have a fully operational steam version

@@MerkMonarchX I’m not sure what to tell you on that. I don’t have a game pass. I just downloaded (bought) the game for free during the week or so that it was offered. I’ve gotten more than a few games from them that way and they all work fine.

What exactly will be the difference between 22 and 25. I've got more than 2,500 hour's in the one year playing 22. And all but two hundred of them are envolved in only forestry. I really, really, REALLY hope, they have worked on the physic's. A one ton falling tree, shouldn't do to a 25 ton tree harvestor/processor, what it does presently. Blame it on my amount of OCD, but I like to play the most realistic way possible, which cause's me to utilize various mod's, the modding commuity provide's. Why when one can utillze a mod to fix an issue, does Giant not include them in the game they provide. Having to have so many mod's that cause a game to be considerably more realistic, makes it almost impossible to multiplay, when one is mandated to down load, install and activat any and all of the mods I utilize. Not everyone has a good let alone great internet connection. And the mandate of downloading a file I've uploaded which is about 2 plus gig. Isn't a welcoming process for anyone with anything but a zero last mile fiber optic connection. Being a couple of month's past the age of 75, if after I've determine by waiting for all the other's to voice their various opinion's. FS25 will quite assumbly, be the last video game I'll purchase and invest the remaining hour's I've left to play. If not, I'll remain playing 22 until the end.

Probly same difference between 22 and older ones - more content locked behind paid DLC, that will hopefully be compensated by mods. Only reason my friends convinced me to play it with them, is the customization from mods.

Though I've have a zero last mile fiber optic conection, many many other's do not. And a file that large takes a lot of time for them. So I end up alway's playing solo.

But yeah, no random person can join my dedicated server because they need the right mods and all the mining stuff are not on modhub

NGL I haven't touched FS since FS 15, but I've been getting lots of video recommendations lately making me want to play one of the newer editions. You might laugh at what I'll say next, but I think I'll get the collector's edition mainly for the ignition lock as I've been into sim racing for a couple of years now so the ignition would actually be a nice addition to my rig. The game is just a very nice bonus which I will look forward to haha

@@Zyghqwyv I gave up on using digestate on fields because of how fast it goes. I use a mod that makes it into fertilizer now. An improvement in the AI is the biggest thing I would want from FS25.

Just buy the base game don't worry about any season passes, the only thing you may want is the expansion that comes out at the end (platinum then premium) I bought in early on FS22 because FOMO and I haven't really touched any of the DLC that came part of the season pass - apart from the aforementioned expansions, which is where a bulk of the value lies. Most if not all the main features you want in the game can be obtained in game via the mod hub for free. Even the other DLC that isn't in the season pass are questionable. Personally I will buy the base game then wait to see what actually gets released on the season passes to see if its worth the extra price (almost the game again) I learned my lesson. FS22 was the first game I started at launch, 19 was my intro to the game, but yeah I be buying the base game day 1 on PC for sure.

Probly will buy a new PC first, considering how the requirements jumped from 19 in 22. Hope atleast the graphic improvements are worth it. I'm all done buying the season pass, I was very disappointed with most of 22's DLC's. There are at least (4) DLC that I have never used. Farm Production was a total joke. What money is saved via the season past, I actually lost. If I had purchased just the base game, and bought only the DLC I care for, I would have saved more $$ that what the season pass offered.

No offense but these parts are a scam. The changes since FS15 are minuscule but the price is as high as if they made an absolutely new game from a scratch. I'd understand if all games were different. One about gathering resources in space with hyper-realistic physics, one about an alien planet, one about the ocean floor lab, one about candy land... But they make a new interface, plop a new number and sell it for... how much today? $50? $100? Sorry. I'll stay at 19. Love the game but hate what they do about these "new" releases. Especially since it harms the mod- and map-makers. Compare it to Terraria that cost little, released countless free updates and offers a huge amount of fun, not a repetitive boring labor. Or Space Engineers if you want to compare to a 3D game with physics.

fs 19 sucked imo....... fs 22 was omg so bad. i have lost interest in the series. fs 17 is the golden era imo. i prob never buy another farm sim. till they totaly revamp the ai. and make it at least as good as in 17

i play fs22 just because fs17 doesn't have the map I found for fs22. That's it, the optimization, cartoon graphics and other stuff isn't great at all in post-17 parts
