i had to play this game for weeks before i even learned this by reading it in a forum and it is such a basic and essential thing to know ,how cant the in game tutorials not have this? smh i hope that warno does a better work with teaching new players

Just another question: is there an opportunity to switch on/off only the main weapon in a group by key-shortcut, but leave the secondary weapon on?

Nope, the only way to do this is manually by clicking on the weapons.

Under formations there are the split/regroup/spread, what does the spread actually do and what is it usefull for?

If you have at least a 2 stack and click spread, then they stay in that stack but all drive a few meters into different directions so that they dont stand directly besides each other.

I was using all. I was using shift for helis unload and escape. Mean while I was shift smoking different locations with mortars. It was big fun and beautiful scenery. Bunch of helis unloading in smokes.

How do you force the logistics to wait at FOB until they are refueled?

They do this automatically

+Razzmann I get them a chain order fast move to FOB and then fast move to wherever... but they only refuel like 5%... so what fo I do wrong?

I can not understand this guy, he is talking about selecting units with a border around them but which key is he telling us to use? sounds like temp or type, i can't make it out. about 4.04 minutes in. thanks.

That recon "exploit" should be fixed because it is basically CHEATING and destory one of the main point of the recon system...

It isn't cheating, it is glitching. BIG difference. Both sucks though, definitely. I didn't know this glitch despite playing since EE, but I also won't use it. Not even worth it. If in doubt, you can zoom in and identify the unit with your Mk I Eyeballs - that's at least fair since you need to know your stuff to identify it.

steel balalaika always split up their supply trucks because than they repair much faster.

It does not make a difference whether they are split up or not. Only the number of supply units matters.

The bahaviour was modified in WG3, you don't need to split anymore.
