Naveen mian, they were kings, they did what kings do, impose their rules on the public by force. Other types of governments do that with influencing public opinion and other ways. Urdu shouldn't have been imposed on Telugu speakers however why are you learning English now? One thing to keep in mind, conditions and circumstances in medieval times are different from today so we shouldn't impose today's world view on the past. One thing is for sure, the Nizams were not religious at all so if you are trying to blame this on religion then you are incorrect, my friend.

1. All erstwhile kings remained Rajpramukhs to ensure continuity. Hari Singh was a Raj Pramukh in Kashmir 2. Ther were massacres of Hindus by Razakars before Operation Polo. After Operation Polo, Indian army disarmed the Old City and then Hindu pehelwans came and massacred and raped Muslims. 3. Razakars killed far more people than Hindu Pehelwans. 4. RSS and Razakars are not the same.Razakars had a well trained paramilitary wing that was armed. RSS has a well trained paramilitay wing but they do not have arms. 5. Prior to Hyderabad integration, most government jobs were held by Muslims with the active exclusion of Hindus. After integration, many Muslims were fired and Hindus were recruited in their place.
