When I went back to maplestory with my husband we party trained not realizing that we were getting less exp 😔 It made us sad. Party training was so much fun. Especially in maps like Lion Heart Castle.

Artale is way better though. Proximity loot is the best. 2x in the early levels respects your time. Changes to final attack, mob spawn, bunch of QOL fixes that were desperately needed. Why not enjoy this?

I love these edited videos. But goddamn, it will be nostalgia only for me. As an adult with real life responsibilities I cant see myself playing old school. Even modern Maplestory feels like asks too much of me, but you can achieve tons of stuff in a matter of hours.

I'm the same. 2 young kids, demanding job. I'm loving Artale for an hour in the evenings once everyone is in bed. Who cares if I only do 1 level per night, I'm not racing anyone. So much more refreshing than modern maple with all the dailies and fear of missing out by not putting the time in.

Maplestory worlds has its own avatar customization, which applies to all games on the platform. If you change your hair/face clothes etc. on there it will change it in game. Then only caveat is that once you’re in Artale any real in-game gear you equip will overwrite your avatar cosmetics. You can prevent this with a styling coupon from cash shop though.

Curious, at the start i saw you have 3 points in snails, and nimble feet and 1 in recovery, is it worth it to use an extra skill point like that? I was able to start leveling my 1st job skills after only using 6 points in beginner skills

@@SamGrimes93 like I said I’m an old school runescape player and play Ironman mode and watch many Os KZbinrs. Half the reason I enjoy is cause you can see the work they put in and the joy when they get their drops. Be it on 1 KC or 10K KC . Nothing really fun watching him just grind aimlessly with gifted gear imo It’s kinda like would you enjoy watching if he was buying mesos and buying gear ?
