Where the heck were they when Truman went and started America's involvement in Korea on his own? No authorization whatsoever, just a UN resolution. Congress did nothing.

What a disgusting psychopath Nixon was -- he couldn't think of anything better to do except kill as many simple rice farming people as possible in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
