1. Five months with a U.S expedite. Current processing time is 6-12 months: egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ 2. I didn't use a service as I'm pretty savvy with admin work and following instructions but if you want to use a third party company I recommend: rapidvisa.com. Otherwise you should do it yourself and follow form instructions.
