There are also a load of breads that are under 100 calories so you can still have normal bread! Some are like 50 cals but they’re usually a bit small or thinner than normal bread💓

Love how you're still incorporating foods considered 'not great' for you as it shows you can have anything in moderation as long as it's tracked and managed. I've lost 11lbs since the start of Jan and I've still eaten things like chocolate etc obviously nutritionally it isn't the best but it doesn't affect things like fat loss.

Hi guys, I know you made the comment about trolls but I am a qualified PT with part of that being in nutrition! 1200 calories is not enough calories for your body to function!! You should not go less than your BMR (basal metabolic rate) as this is what your brain NEEEDS, not just your body. I would really recommend looking at this value for yourselves! Going less than this value can lead to problems with your brain (including links to dementia) and osteoporosis! I understand you guys want to lose weight, good for you, but you are not eating enough!

Fin Nicole sorry if I came across as arguing I actually want to know more about it considering other PTs have recommended such a low calorific intake. What would you say is the best way to loose weight whilst remaining higher than your BMR, and also how do u take into account the calories you burn? Does your intake still have to be higher after deducting what you have burnt?

Antonia Faye losing weight is much more simple than people think! You just need to be in a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you consume) depending on your size, your body will burn around 1,300 - 1,800 just from living with no activity at all - this is your BMR. Walking around and training etc will mean that you burn even more calories. What I do with clients is figure out their weight maintenance calories (the amount of calories they eat to maintain current weight) then put them in a 500 calorie deficit through a mixture of food reduction and cardio. This means the diet can be stuck to and a results will occur!

A low cal bread alternative that’s nice is Danish bread (tesco do their own brand and so do warburtons) it’s £1 and around 50-60 cals a slice. And it’s white bread 💖 just in case you want to try :) xx

Just be careful with the calories Syd! Although the popcorn said 87 calories on the front that’s per serving not for the whole pack. Loved this video though, so real and not restricting yourself which is what people will always expect. Hope your having the best holiday! X

That makes no sense. You could eat something over 600 calories with low fat then you’ve gone over your daily calories so you’ll be in a surplus not a deficit. Sugar, far and salt doesn’t make you put weight on, it’s how much you are consuming eg work it out from calories.
