Pretty much a tap on the hand as punishment. A kid in her middle school brought a gun to school and was going to shoot a teacher and some students that he didn't get along with. He was sent to juvenile detention for a year, released, and he was back at her school under a new name. He was still talking about hurting people, and thought he was a ba.

@ckcox It wasn't my intention to offend anyone or anyone's profession. Kipland Kinckle, the 15 year old Oregon High shooter who shot more than 20 of his classmates in 1998 was on ssri's, prescribed by a "doctor" who recommended his parents buy him firearms, which they did, which in turn he used to murder both of them before going to school the next day and wounding more than 20. To my knowledge, that psychiatrist was never interviewed. My older brother, some 15 years ago, was hospitalized for two weeks to detox after his "doctor" at the VA hospital had been prescribing him multiple antidepressants and sleeping pills, which he eventually abused. He also had suicidal and homicidal thoughts while on the stuff.

Be careful not to assume things as this isn’t always the case.The last shooter at a Christian school had a gender change and took vengence because she was told by media that Christians hate her because she changed her gender. Teachers and students who were at that school were interviewed and no one hated the person to cause her to shoot that school up and didn’t seem to know till after she left that she even changed her gender. @LibbyRose12 Hummm... most of what you listed in your comment are types of bullying!!! Bullying in every possible form is unacceptable!!! How do YOU know that bullying is NOT the culprit in this all white, usually male trend of mass school shootings??? Actually, most have been proven to be directly or indirectly related to bullying!!! Study up...

And here we go again… the sad part of it is in few days everybody forgets about it and again we don’t take any steps on trying to eliminate the root cause of this phenomenon that happens more and more often only in our country. Guns and Mental health. But again nobody seems to care.

It's not a phenomenon. Parents just don't know how to raise their kids right, because they don't center their families around biblical principles.

Yeah... no, this happens in other countries regularly. They just don't report it because it's so common in south America.
@G0NZ-b9y7 сағат бұрын
@frankiebrah I was researching and found that the USA has had 288 school shootings since 2009, followed by Mexico with just 8, and a few other countries with numbers ranging from 1 to 4. This averages to 87 school shootings per year in the US alone, while other countries average less than 0.8 per year. So yes, this primarily happens only in the US.
@frankiebrah7 сағат бұрын
@G0NZ-b9y that's a false statistic. There are places that have regular shootings and they aren't paperworked and listed, so it seems like they're safer than the US. America has the most school shootings for a first world country but there are way worse places. Places with citizens who don't even bother to notice another shooting taking place. Still embarrassing for our country, definitely. But don't get it twisted.
