Solanke has become my favorite player to watch. Dude is menace, he's everywhere. The Maddison/Kulu tandem is starting to really work, that little give and go they ran where Maddison just missed was excellent. We'll be seeing more of that, feels like they're just scratching the surface with how good that tandem could be. I think we should all feel a lot better about our depth too, Spence came on and it didnt seem like there was a huge gap. He and Gray look to be able to step in and fill the role when asked.

I'm loving the 433 for Madders and Deci, but also the flexibility to change the system up in the second half. The understanding Porro and Deci have on the right is so good and always produces chances. The red is a red in some games and yellow in others, he certainly can't be disappointed cause it was wreckless and could have been a horrible outcome. I think Ange is right to look after Mikey with appearances off the bench for now. He's living the dream and will get so many opportunities and also have no pressure or expectation. Softly softly catch a monkey and all that. Great content as always!

I love how positive and hyped youre always mate, i can actually relate to that. I think we have just been really good this season, even though the results werent maybe there. The way we press is ruthless and so effective, in position we are so structured yet so unpredictable. Its just pure entertainment. And kulu, pfff… what a player. Ive loved him since he signed and said he should be the right number 8 throughout the last season, and its just amazing to see him shine. He has a unique set of qualities thats just unplayable.

The VdV run was super special, he varied his speed then accelerated to disorient the cover. The cross is so top class end product. And just the same quality as the pass to Son. Awesome.

Werner automatically dropped to forth choice for me Sunday behind son, odobert and mikey more, then probably 5th choice when our new Korean player arrives in Jan lol. Werner can do a job, in basically occupying defenders, pulling them apart, whipping in a cross, etc, but he can't finish.

I personally think that Ten Hag is trying to over manage the team. Different set ups every second game so when things get difficult they don't have a standard way of playing to fall back on. Ange is the opposite, mostly the same with some changes. So when they are under pressure or have an opportunity they all know where to be. Example: VdV runs from the back to the front and Johnson makes a run to the back post knowing exactly where he needs to be to get the ball and VdV doesn't need to look for him. Just sprint and cross.

As far as I can see, our players are starting to click better with each other and understanding is getting better between themselves. They are also learning fast on how to manage games better. I believe they will only get better with time. Elsewhere with critics: Timo, Maddison should have scored. Brennan and Solanke should have scored more. Mikey Moore and Bergvall should have more game time. And afterall Manure were crap. 😂🤣
