Raman Bhalla should not have shifted to RS pura constituency but kept with Gandhi nagar constituency... There is very negligible NC supporter base in RS Pura constutuenvy but big chunk of NC supporyer base in Bathindi, Narwal, Sidhra, Nanak Nagar.... In other words Tony benefited more than Bhalla due to swapping of constitency ... Unlike Ravinder Raina, Bhalla lost by very small margin of 2000 votes. Once statehood restored Bhalla alongwith CH. Lal Singh deseeve ministerial post via MLC route.
